Pre approved personal loan

I was pre approved for n personal loan on the FNB app. I took up this loan on monday last week. They add credit life insurance to the loan which is almost 15% additional repayment. I refused this as i have my own life insurance. You can seed your own policy to FNB to replace this. This process was completed with them by Tuesday. From that day 7 days later they still keep telling me that i have not completed the session of my life insurance. I call them every couple of hours but no one has a clue as to what is happening and everyone promises to call me back before end of business but i have not received one call from them as promised.

Their total lack of communication between their internal departments is astounding. That i need to call different departments just to get them to communicate and sort this.

Level of service is shockingly bad for something that is suppose to be extremely simple and still after 8 days they cant confirm when i will have the money paid out.
