Pre-Approved is misleading

<p>I have been with FNB ever since I opened a bank account.</p> <p>I received numerous phone calls from FNB offering me a credit card. I also had a "pre-approval" on my FNB for a credit card and now when I apply I get told that I cannot afford it when nothing on my records have changed.</p> <p>It is extremely misleading to advertise pre-approved mean time it actually isnt. I am now left with cancelling an overseas trip due to this misleading approval.</p>
