Pre-Approved for home loan but declined once documents submitted ,reason unknown

I app**** for a home loan once again, this time i was pre-approved for R1,571,353.01, A consultant from FNB home loans called me and told me to submit my documents, OTP and the pre-approval letter so they could do the validations. but to my surprise she called an hour later to say that its declining and she does not know why, she suspects that the 2 enquiries done on my report in the beginning of May could be the reason. but if that was true i would not have been pre-approved because i app**** last week and the enquires she was referring to were done in the beginning of May. she said she also don’t understand how i got pre-approved and will escalate it to the manager. I am really disappointed and angry at the same time because FNB has been disappointing me since 2014, i have bought cars that were financed by other banks,i have credit cards offered by other banks, but my own bank can’t even offer me a R100 credit on anything, this is really bad experience and service from FNB. i have had enough with how FNB treats me.
