Pre-Approved and now not and messing up my credit rating
Dear FNB,
On my FNB Bank account it showed I was pre-approved to get a revolving loan. 1st it would not allow me to change the amount and now it states I dont qualify due to bad credit etc. I feel that this is completely unacceptable and due to the lack of your system, now being treated unfair and my credit rating being messed up.
Please correct this ASAP and provide me with the revolving loan that I qualified for before your system made a mess of everything.
