Pre_approval granted pending Proof of identity but actually there is no credit limit increase.
FNB online service grants credit card limits and ask for identity document to be submitted twice now. First one expired due to me trying to submit my ID under the only option I was provided passport.
Now on my second try the only option I have is to submit a refugee document. Both applications I get Pre-Approval for the credit limit increase pending the submission for proof of identity.
So today I call FNB Card sales ***. On their side of the system it shows that I am trying to apply for Private Wealth Client (Which I am not).
Ok so application gets closed and new application just for limit increase.
BAM now I am declined for a limit increase.
How the Hell does this work? The Pre-Approval agreements that I received both indicate limit increases for my Premier Credit Card?
Can FNB please explain this incompetency of their system and Premier lack of assistance?
