I asked Gcinile from premier service suite to change the payment date on my personal loan from the 25th to the 30th, and she did but she failed to inform me that my monthly payment would increase by R350, I had to wait a whole month to change it back. I asked Nosipho from collections department to change my payment date back to the 25th and she did but my monthly payment increased again by R100, so in total it’s gone up by R450 but the date is back to normal as per the credit agreement I signed but my payment is R450 higher and she couldn’t explain how or why this is, I find this very ******** and ********* as I agreed to the amount on my credit agreement because that is what I could afford
