Pozana Sokana, the Customer experience Advisor

I'd like to give 10 star rating to Pozana Sokana, the Customer experience Advisor at FNB Braamfontien who is always willing and happy to help customers. When system was down a week ago she took my number and the following day she called to inform me that the system is up. I met her two years back working at the same branch. Her energy hasn't changed.
