Powerball payout not paid.....

I am so disappointed with fnb.i won power ball on the 8th of July,I used my SSD to play on cellphone banking.i got 3 winnings but to my surprise I was sent an email for two winnings.I thought it's a mistake for not sending the third email winnings but I was shocked that yesterday i only got paid for two winnings and the third one nothing.Why do you guys advice us to play on our apps or cellphone banking if you know that you will ***** from us.I trusted you guys but I got disappointed instead.i still can't believe fnb can do this.next time please notify me that even if I win I will not get the pay out so that I don't waste my time playing
