Powerball money yet to be received

I bought powerball tickets to the value of R20 on the 12th of February through the fnb cellphone banking application. I am yet to receive the money i won from the purchase of those tickets. I managed to get two <br> numbers plus the powerball. The winnings for that is R27. I have since been manually buying the tickets for winning the lotto since that day.<br> <br> It is not the first time FNB does not pay me back for winning some money by using the cellphone banking to purchase the tickets. In fact this is the third time. I am honestly tired of reporting this problem.
