Potential FNB client
I have been engaged with FNB about opening an account and moving away from Standard Bank, and I am having an absolutely challenging time with the FNB consultants regarding timeframe, commitments, and communication.
I understand that we are at the beginning of the year, however that should not mean that the level of service decreases. Why would I consider moving to FNB if this is the level of service that you are proving me when I am not even a customer? Or maybe you have too many clients?

01 Feb 2022, 21:44So 17 days and counting and still waiting for efficient service... FNB is extremely responsive to get someone onto the problem to assist, but then the individual just disappears.
I've sent a simple request trying to understand how the FICA forms that I have filled in, which contain my name/surname, street and postal address are different to the documents that FNB sends back to me and expects me to sign?
I am completely dumbstruck to understand how you can't capture the details correctly the first time and then expect that I sign anyway, and then when I send emails requesting an update it gets sent from one person to the other and no communication through to the customer.
