Possible *****elent transaction - No assitance

I received a sms that a credit card transaction were processed. I were at work at my desk and has not used online paymets. I immediately phoned the number at the back of my card and was then referred to private bank team. The line was cut. I then mailed my personal banker, no response. I subsequently sent another email..... No response. Tonight I phoned the ***** line, followed the prompts, entered my ID number and again..... The line was cut.
