POSSIBLE ***** DISMISSED

Since April 2018 I have noted possible ***** on my account. I have called the call centre a number of times, emailed the proof over and over again, visited my branch where the lady at the help desk even tried calling the call centre on my behalf. After sending an email of frustration, Shabirah contacted me, after a lengthy phone call, Shabirah asked me to email the proof to ********** That was on the 4/10/2018. After desperately trying to get hold of her, Cheslin Sarlie from the call centre contacted me. I explained I have sent the proof over and over again, and I needed answers as to why Shabirah has left me hanging. Cheslin said my ***** enquiry will be investigated, and apparently Shabirah did call me on the 16/10/2018. Why not reply to my emails Shabirah, or help me as you promised?? The last email from Cheslin was on the 18/10/2018. It is now the 30/10/2018, Nobody has gotten hold of me, and this money is still coming off my account. How disturbing is it, that FNB do not take a ***** complaint seriously, that it is so easily dismissed, when your own staff are puzzled by my proof, how is it possible that the many people I have spoken to can just ignore me.
