Positive Turnaround
After initially writing a bad review and getting ready to leave FNB they have really turned things around with regards to my home loan application!
Outstanding service from Private Wealth banker Rethabile Mokole and from Home Loans Lennis Dubazana. After my initial frustrations they went out of their way to help me rectify the situation and keep me updated.
I hope that the rest of my home loan process is a smooth one. so that FNB will remain my bank of choice
