Porting out is impossible

I've had a very bad experience with Fnb Connect,1stly their internet is the worst you could ever get,been trying to get back to Cell C as it was by far better than Fnb Connect,it has been mission impossible to get out of them,it is so frustrating,I simply want to still use my number,but not with these ******,am fed up!
