Port to Vodacom from FNB connect

I have been trying to port my number back to Vodacom from FNB connect for a while now with no luck. I cnt buy airtime, data, minutes or SMS i cannot do anything. Been on th phone with both parties but nothing has been done so far. Anyone experiencing the same problem? How does one get help, i need to port my number
