Port my number from Feb back to vodacom

At first I was using Vodacom prepaid and changed to Feb connect, so there is always a network problem where I miss many calls. When I try to port my number back to Vodacom all in vain. I want my number back to Vodacom because Vodacom is the only network that works fine at my home. My number is ********** 086 Thanks
