Called Fnb connect to allow MTN to request a number port from their network to it's network and to my disappointment I've been sent from one person to the next and told different stories, that is three weeks ago. I am now waiting to be ported to MTN as I'm currently not using the cellphone number. Can someone please help release my 073 number as it takes SA networks 48 hours to process a port but Fnb connect almost a month.
