Poria Shai FNB Private Banker and Covid 19 accounts Feedback

FNB Private Banker Portia Shai Really takes no interest in her client's accounts. FNB had system glitches so now I'm unable to pay my children's school fees as well as pay my creditors. The only feedback we get is when we call Portia IF and when she answers her phone. Instead of leading a client on, they can just be hionset so we can move on
