I signed up for FNB life. On the app, the critical illness cover has doubled since inception (from R1 million - R2 million). The person responded to my email said it is R1 mill. The person on the phone (Johnny) confirmed it is R1 mill. When I asked him to escalate the error on my app, he said it is not his job. I am also battling to get my policy documents emailed to me (it is not available in app as you claim to). And the question if the up to 40% is on the life portion only, is also not answered.
