Tried to apply for a credit card today. The app wouldn't let me continue so I phoned the card division which I explained the story too and then transferred the call, as the agent answered the line dropped. So I phoned back and re-explained the situation. I was then told that they will put me though to the correct department. immediately it says the person at this extension isn't available and the call drops again. I then phone back and exactly the same happens. This is ridiculous cant even get to the ****** application. Pathetic
