POPI VIOLATION, NON COMPLIANCE, SELLING PI TO 3RD PARTY COMPANIES

i received a call from ***, the Sales agent introduced herself as Sharoll Motau calling of behalf of FNB.

She continued to talk about how i pay my funeral policies from my aspire fnb account and how my income in received in the very same account.

( i was shocked) WHAT HAPPENED TO THE POPI ACT.

The lady then continued to sell me a salary protection policy because i quote "FNB has selected you to be one of their valued clients"

Why is FNB selling their clients DATA to 3rd party companies.

I asked the lady which company she works for because look FNB will not call you for salary cover. Her response further shocked me when she mentioned that she works for a marketing company called O’Keeffe & Swartz,

NOT FNB YES, 3RD PARTY COMPANY IS HANDLING OUR DATA WITHOUT CONSENT. POPI ACT???????
