I am incredibly disgusted that i have been harassed by Blake and Associates for an account that is paid in full. The account was paid in full before they even started calling me so please can you explain why my details were shared with them in the first place. This is specifically for my revolving loan. I have been a client of FNB since i left school. The service has deteriorated over the years. I am a private client paying private client fees yet i cannot validate these fees because the service is ****ing **********.

Blake and Associates keep asking me for the Proof of Payment which i REFUSE to send to them as this account should never have been given to them in the first place. So YOU FNB can provide them with what they need because i won't.

Sort this **** OUT before a lay a lawsuit against the both of you for POPI breach.
