POPI Act Violation
Good day,
A courier came to pick up my documents, the consultant is saying it is missing. This is a major transgression on POPI Compliance act. I have tried my utmost to resolve the issue with the banker, however she has been ignoring my emails.
This is unacceptable. Out of principle I won't leave this matter here.
