POPI Act Rights Infringement
Being harassed by Attorneys and Debt Collector Institutes because FNB gave my contact detail for a different client!! To clarify I'm not in debt with FNB at all but I'm getting calls for someone else's debt problems. 2 phone calls, 2 emails, 2 complaints via their website complaints BS system and still nothing. They don't care about their clients, plain and simple or your POPI Act rights!

I now have 3 formal complaints as FNB has rep**** to let me know they have submitted a complaint on my behalf.
Well done I guess the magic number is 3 complaints instead of 2.

Another generic email stating they "are currently working on a resolution and will respond to you shortly" as shortly as the previous emails I guess....
Pathetic service, legal action is needed now.
