Poor/Understaffed service

Fnb Branch in Pinelands Cape Town is understaffed. I went there today to make substantial deposit and took me 45min. 1 teller. 2 customer service agents for a branch with at least 12 people visiting. The teller was shocking as well. She asked the amount and I asked he if she could count it for me(i told her the amount but I asked her to make sure. She refused! Saying that she cant do that. I then spent the next 5-10min counting the money in front of her. Then when i was done she put it in the Counter machine to verify. OMG. I am only mentioning this now as it has been like this all year. I work nearby and Howard centre offers security that others do not. There was a very old couple complaining about the wait as well, which triggered my post here. Fnb Pinelands need to wake up. After nearly 20 yrs with them I am now considering moving to another bank.
