I cant withdraw funds form my E Wallet due to "COND-CODE NOT FOUND ON PCD 1301". That after I recieved my sms confirming available funds and temp pin. Phoned the help centre andbthe 1st assistant kept me on hold for 15 min and then dropped my call. The second assistant just mumbled system offline without offering any alternative method to resolve my query as I need the funds now for payment of other services. FNB, you are not providing a quality service and maybebmore effort should be put into training of your call centre staff. Im now left stranded due to poor customer service and uninformed personnel.
