POOR/NO SERVICE

I had fixed deposit maturing and wrote to ask them to let me have interest payment paid into my FNB premier account and reinvest the original sum in fixed deposit again for six months, but my instructions were not followed, nor did they reply to my email request. I need this rectified as I need the funds now.
