Poorest service ever

I went on the app in March to renew my vehicle licensing discs after a month of no discs and nophone calls I noticed on the app that there was a problem and went to Traffic department to sort it out. I then informed FNB that the problem was sorted out to Wich I was told to phone or email nav car which I did the number stayed engaged and I mailed them twice it has been 3 months and I received a fine of R1250 which I had to pay and still No Discs THIS IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE
