Poor understanding and incompetence

First email to FNB Debit Card dispute ***1 J am not disputing that the transaction was authorised. I have not received and service from Showmax. The dispute form is attached

When the phone number *** is called it returns that the caller is not available

When the phone number *** https://stories.showmax.com/za/privacy-policy is called it states that the number does not exist

Attached are the emails

I am requesting that FNB reclaims all the monies paid to Showmax

Cheque & Debit Card Disputes: • A Dispute form along with the relevant documentation specified must be completed and submitted for all requests. • Incomplete forms will unfortunately be returned unprocessed Reserved Funds on Account: • Requests for deletion can be mailed to DebitCardAuth@ fnb.co.za • Reserved funds will only be deleted if the amount has already been settled (processed) on your account SMS notifications will be used to update you on the progress of your dispute. If however you have not had feedback from us, please monitor the account after five (5) business days to ensure that action has been taken, or the account balance has been adjusted. Kindly be advised that we need to follow Visa Rules which state that client is required to attempt to resolve with the merchant at least 2-3 times and forward the bank all attempts to resolve.

Please provide us with the following information in order for us to investigate and assist with the disputed transaction/s on your account: •Evidence of communication between you and the merchant. •Proof of cancellation and refund request. •Proof of paid by other means or decline slip. •What service/product was ordered •When was the expected delivery date? •How and where was the delivery scheduled

Should this chargeback be unsuccessful you will be liable for a dispute fee of R150.00 which will be debited to the account.
