Poor turnaround time for FNB Personal Loans

I’m so disappointed with the turnaround time for FNB personal loans. I app**** for the loan, it was approved and I even accepted the Debicheck mandate. I then called to find out when the funds will be disbursed but I was told to wait for a phone call to finalise the application. I was just even told there’s a que and it might take up to 48 hours for me to get the call. What’s annoying is that I’ve already authorised the debit order so there’s no turning back. Applying for the loan was supposed to be quick and easy but it’s not!
