Poor turnaround time

I have a personal loan with my bank and last month my debit order was run 2 days before the scheduled date. Because of "insufficient funds" I was then charged R625. I've tried to contact the various departments several times in person at the branch then through my banking app but no assistance. It's now been a month and still no refund
