POOR TURN AROUND TIME

I have been struggling to transfer money that I received from my Paypal to an FNB account. I have submitted all necessary documents on Monday the 8th of June for them to finalise FICA. Everyday I get an e-mail from the requesting a copy of my ID. Everyday I supply them with a copy of my ID - with no results whatsover. If you contact them via telephone it is the same story - they will send you an e-mail when FICA has been finalised. Surely it cannot take 4 days to finalise? This is very frustrating!
