poor telephonic service FNB homeowners insurance
I have been trying to get a hold of FNB insurance brokers with no luck. I called in this morning and spoke to an *********** person. There was so much noise in the background and eventually she said that I should hold and she needs to transfer me...after a total of 5 mins on the line I eventually dropped the call...its amazing how the service is so efficient when they want your business!

I advised the person to please call me on Thursday as I was going to be in an audit yesterday....After clearly stipulating this...I received calls from FNB during my audit yesterday! I also received an email regarding the outcome of my query without proper explanation telephonically. Please contact me during a convenient time for me as well as you as people have lives and commitments and cannot take calls at all times.
