Poor tap and pay feature availability and flexibility
Regarding tap and go payments, their limits, and the ability to disable the feature, FNB has rejected all my requests. It is well known that this feature can be disabled at other banks, however FNB chooses to put their clients at risk of theft. I am deeply concerned with this and as a result have begun my search for a new bank. My advice to FNB would be to improve, add the features that are available worldwide, and retain their clients by keeping them happy with good service, which they are slipping on currently.
I will give this a month, by then, if unsatisfied, I will have another bank to move my assets to.
