Poor System Performance and Lack of Accessibility

I am extremely frustrated with the issues on the FNB HR portal (https://www.fnbhr.mobi/hcp.mobi/Account/ExStaffLogin). Every time I try to log in as an ex-employee, I am met with an error message, and the system fails to function. I urgently need to access my UIF documents (UI-19 and UI-2.7) to complete my claim, but the portal’s continuous errors are preventing me from doing so.

This lack of functionality is unacceptable, especially when dealing with critical documents that affect my livelihood. I would appreciate immediate technical support to resolve this issue and ensure that the portal is reliable for all users in the future.

FNB, please address this matter urgently.
