Poor system integration with account
I am a Share investor account holder. When I wanted to pay money back into my other account(Absa) FNB said my daily limit was reached (R0). When I tried to increase my limit FNB asked for my card number and pin. Problem is I do not have a card with FNB. So why would I give my card number and pin.

Needles to say when I contacted FNB call centre they told me that I did not answer all my security questions correctly. How is that? I do not count the months of how long I have my telephone line with telkom. Is it 1 year 2 months or 1 year 5 months? Ask telkom, maybe they know?

Anyway, I would rate Colen 10/10 but FNB systems I would rate 0/10.

Now my money sits within FNB and I cannot do anything with it!

FNB, how can I help you?!
