Poor slow *********** service!!!!

I submitted a dispute claim (refund) against Kulula through FNB . They said they will get back to me within 5 working days it’s been over 30 working days!!! I have submitted statements, flights tickets but I still don’t have my refund!!!!

Mind you it’s return tickets but both disputes are not being finalised!!!! Why??????

Poor service!!!!!! Very *********** and just plain slow!!!
