Poor, slow and ****y service.

The reason for the one star rating is that on the 18th of December 2020. I received an sms from FNB would look into my ref no ***NF and they get back to me shortly. Knowing that it was the festive season approaching when I received the sms and the aforementioned reference number. And might I mention that reference number is linked to about 4 other numbers. This is an issue back dating to end October 2020. Still unresolved. Look I know that FNB is in it to make money but they not going to be doing it to me. You lot at FNB have had enough time now. I want this resolved and stop wasting valuable time.
