Poor service…unauthorised deductions

In my entire years with FNB I have never been disappointed with their service like I am today, I called the bank with huge frustration and the consultants were sadly very useless and made my situation worse.

I have been receiving deductions from Uber rides that I did not authorise I called to ask for help with returning the money in the account they referred me to the ***** department the guy there just made me even more frustrated…I have been loyal to fnb for more than 17 years but today I hate it soo much
