Poor services when it comes to other clients

hello case # *** hasnt been resolved, the capitec accounts are still on hold and you guys you dont follow up like the same way you did when you contacted capitec to get hold of the accounts, it took 20minutes for you to freeze the accounts but now it takes 3 months to get the capitec accounts on hold to be lifted.
