Poor services ,promise not honoured

Had a previous complaint number ***NF,laurelene Vermeulen assisted me with the complaint,MBD debited my account in December 2025 ,however the funds was not allocated to my revolving loan account,Laurelene promised the funds will be allocated within 48hours,it’s been almost 4 months and it still has not been allocated to my revolving loan account
