Poor services of SA

I have been trying to contact the for a serious matter of an unauthorised debit order of R10536. 73 because it was cancelled due to an agreement with the relevant institution. Instead I hadto communicate with the machine without reaching a conclusion. I rated it very poor becaus theh did take me seriously. Ul tl now my situation has not been resolved. I can't refer any persontothem for loyal banking system. Very poor services
