Poor services

I asked FNB today if they will release my funds immediately from my 7 day notice account and they will not allow me to access my funds yet I need them urgently. They said I will have to wait the full notice period.

They also have poor security in their banking. I’m always getting debited odd amounts every month.

I don’t know why this bank keeps winning Business bank, or any award for that matter, at all. Security is poor and customer service is not accommodating.

Will be shutting down my account as soon as I find the time to. Too many things are wrong with FNB. Too many critical issues.
