Poor services at its best, nothing gets done at Fnb😡

I had FNB Temp loan of 7900 with Fnb buy i failed to pay it back because i had some challenges soo i want to pay it now i have tried to call the call center since from yesterday but not wining, they transfer me from department to department without ant help. Today i tried calling then same issue then i went to FNB Southgate then the tried to call but still not wining.

I want to pay this outsanding amount what a useless bank and the call center staff are worse 😡

I even tried to pay it from my app and i dont win, i even tried to chart with the agent then i was given email then i sent what was required but still.
