Poor services
Fnb is really a problem i have signed an payment reversal form on the 5th of dec and sent it to fnb the very same day. they even call the person which their have to reverse the money from and he said yes the can reverse the money. Fnb said the will reverse the money on Tuesday 14th dec but i haven't received the funds in my account till day. I have been calling fnb i dont get a straight answer. This is not fair cause i really need the money

I dont think you as FNB really take us important as your clients cause i haven't got any help from you till day its been all most a month now . Not even a call to explain what's the problem. I will now spend Christmas with my kids without food cause of you fnb just failing to make a payment reversal. #sad #disappointed
