Poor services

Good Day what a terrible service I have receive from FNB for the past 2 month and so here is what happened i was on their website and i saw this nice function where you can register your company on CIPC through FNB and i decided to utilize it and everything went smooth with the registration i was given a ref number and the registration amount was deducted successfully from my account now the problem is since then i haven't got any feed back from FNB i have been trying to send them email regarding the progress of my application but no one is responding to my mails and when i call the number that i found on their website i been told that they don't work with that kind of registration am now puzzled and don't know what to do anymore
