Poor services

Had i really bad day coz had to spend my whole day in the branch and calling my bf has an birth certificate he has a problem with getting an ID so he uswd his id number to open an zero account not knowing that he has to verify his details with an id at the branch. He though the easy zero is still the same thing as an Ewallet now the is funds in that easy zero account but cant get them . They wont allow him to close the account just a simple thing close the account and go back to Ewallet so he can get his money. He cant apply for an id coz his parent's die well he was still young.
