Tried to do an online transaction. declined because of daily limit exceeded. THis was not so. Logged onto secure chat on app. 5 person in chatting to , transferred 4 times, Advise provided not working, transferred to loans desk

Also Please tell me why that every agent that is assigned to the chat, is always rounding up another call. This is a serious misrepresentation in terms of time taken to answer the call.

I requested that someone call me - FNB ignored this request. This could have been a 2 minute voice call . I am 16 minutes 7 agents later on the call..
