Poor services

i have been given a ticket at 13:06 estimated time was 31minutes is now 14:00 and counting with no apology nothing .employees are having chit chats.here is my take branches in location behavior is way outrageous than in the surbubian areas. This is not the first time .sometimes i walk out with out having doing what i need to do at the branch
