Poor service,false information and destroying credit record

I had a temporary loan that i closed in January. February I noticed I got no eBucks, and my credit score plummeted. After enquiring, I get told my temporary loan (during February) is not in good standing. I told FNB I closed it in January. They said they will look into it. Even had a guy call me telling me he will send an email out, but absolute crickets. At this moment my credit record is destroyed, I received no ebucks, and I still have a non-existent loan "not in good standing"
